Serving Loyal Customers
August 2011 – Massaro Corporation takes great pride in knowing that our customers continue to utilize our construction services year after year. Currently, 70% of our workload is from repeat business from our loyal and satisfied customers. Higher-education is the largest market segment that we serve and it is also the largest client base of repeat customers.
Allegheny College hired Massaro Corporation for the first time in 2005 for the construction of North Village Student Housing Phase I. We have continued to serve the college every year since with projects such as, the Vukovich Center for Communication Arts, an $18,278,000 state-of-the-art theater/arts building; North Village Housing Phase II, a $13,846,000, 232 bed, design/build student apartment building; and currently under construction is the $4,000,000 design/build renovation to Carr Hall.
Additionally, we have been performing negotiated work for Franciscan University of Steubenville for over 16 consecutive years – another example of a loyal customer.
Point Park University is another example of a loyal customer who continues to choose Massaro. From the renovation of the University Bookstore to classrooms and the Boulevard Student Apartments, Massaro has continued to deliver projects on-time and within budget. Currently, we are working on the Point Park Public Space project located on the corner of Wood Street and the Boulevard of the Allies, which will be complete for fall classes. The plaza will provide a comfortable outdoor venue for students in a trendy, urban gathering space.
Building and maintaining relationships with our clients is crucial to the success of our projects and the sustainability of our company. Cultivating a loyal customer who not only keeps coming back, but who also becomes an advocate for the company is what Massaro strives for.
