Massaro Renovates Massaro

The renovated fitness center at 604 Epsilon

December 2009 – Massaro Corporation is excited to announce the completion of a 15,514 square foot design/build renovation to its building at 604 Epsilon Drive. Massaro Restoration Services, LLC and Massaro Construction Management Services, LLC occupy the building, now part of the Massaro campus. The renovation includes additional office space, a new conference room and reception area and an updated fitness center and kitchen. The warehouse space now includes space for the restoration division and has been given a sustainable white roof.

Project materials made from recycled content and regionally available materials were utilized and low omitting carpeting, paint and adhesives were used. The building now has an expanded area for composting and an expanded recycling site.

Massaro Corporation encourages health, wellness and balance among its workforce. To that end, the fitness center has been renovated and includes a sauna, rowing machine, updated technology and other equipment.
