January 2008 - Massaro Corporation has been named the general contractor for the new PNC Bank located in Pine Township. This 3,700 square foot, single-story facility is located in the new 174-acre Village at Pine lifestyle center.

PNC Bank recognizes the importance of implementing “green” principles into their new branches and plans to incorporate these features into new construction. This branch is seeking silver LEED certification by employing recycled construction practices and installing environmentally friendly sustainable cabinetry, floor coverings, countertops, window walls and masonry walls.

The exterior facade is brick, veneer and metal panels complemented by floor to ceiling windows that will enable natural sunlight to drench the interior. The interior space boasts 17-foot ceilings in the common areas, an executive conference room and 6 private offices in addition to the teller stations.
